Amélie Barbato brings to VIP in Miami a depth of entrepreneurial experience that is rare in the luxury services world. Over nearly two decades, she has founded, structured, and scaled businesses across multiple sectors, developing an acute understanding of what it takes to build something that lasts, and what it means to deliver consistent excellence at scale.

She founded a real estate development company in France, which she led for over five years. During that time, she oversaw large-scale residential and commercial development projects from initial market identification through to final commercialization, managing strategic partnerships, financial and operational structures, multi-disciplinary teams, and feasibility studies across every stage of the development cycle.

Earlier in her career, she co-founded a business that she helped grow over more than eleven years, transforming an initial structure into a national network through the development of regional partnerships and the supervision of local managers. It was an experience that shaped her understanding of how to build trust, maintain standards, and scale quality without compromise.
